Kleren Aan, Kleren Uit is een korte documentaire over de 12-jarige Frana. Haar ouders zijn naturisten. Als de zon schijnt lopen ze graag in hun blootje. Frana weet niet of ze hier nu zo blij mee is. Het dilemma van Frana is: hou ik mijn kleren aan of gaan mijn kleren uit?
