After a 4 mile run through the chilly countryside...

I decided to make a video answering a question from a FB friend:

Phil Tasked: "l'm up to a kilometer now. And l've noticed that

there is a ''trail'' of newly paved road on my ''trail'' so l have

a smoother run. 0nly problem is it's now getting cold up here. ls

there a temperature limit that l shouldn't go out in? Keep up the
